Who we are
This website is published by BrightIntent, a digital agency in Morocco. Contact: contact@brightintent.agency. Full legal information (company name, ICE, address) will be published here.
Data collected
When you fill in the contact or quote form, we receive the information you enter: name, email, phone if given, company, industry, city and the content of your request. We use it only to reply to you and prepare your quote.
Retention period
Requests that lead nowhere are deleted after 12 months. Exchanges about a signed project are kept for the duration of the relationship, then as required by law.
Audience measurement
If you agree, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. No measurement cookie is set before you agree, and you can change your mind at any time through the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
Under Law 09-08, you have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@brightintent.agency, we reply within 30 days.
Sharing
Your data is never sold or rented. It passes through our technical providers (hosting, email delivery) only to make the website work.
